- Zentoryu's Quality of Sumo Award (awarded annually)
- Kintamayama Challenge Cup
- Most Competitive Player
- Gochisozan's Oyakata Prize
- Ichimon Championship Flag
It has been the tradition that winners of some of the above will receive a real prize (or a postcard in the case of the KCC) from the previous winner of the same prize. This is not mandatory, but is seen as a nice, friendly guesture. Prizes should be inexpensive, and need not be sumo related - they can have something to do from your home country.
